“We were fortunate enough to snag Will Brown and his team at Crafted Catering for a "DAY-AFTER" wedding cookout for 100 people at our home on Lake George.
His staff was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Will designed a creative and delicious menu (not intimidated by the task of serving 80+ Texans with "cookout" fare!) that was so unique, delectable and easy to serve and consume. He provided beautiful tablescapes for serving and rentals too and was so organized - we did nothing but enjoy the day. We highly recommend him and his team- you will not regret it. THANKS WILL!”
“Will was recommended by my wedding planner, at the first glance, I liked that he had many years of experience at Mazzone and a formal education in culinary arts.
He offered up a unique and creative menu for my wedding party which was not a sit down meal, rather he orchestrated my vision of elegant passed appetizers, innovative food and beverage stations, home made desserts and a fun late night menu. He is a professional, and worked well with me when I wanted to "Italian it up" a bit and added things last minute like a coffee bar. He and his staff, and recommended bar tender, were excellent servers and very sanitary in the service and clean up.
Did I mention the food was amazing, and guests made rave reviews. We were completely 100% satisfied, and have absolutely nothing to offer as constructive feedback for improvement. Thank you Will, I hope we have another opportunity to hire Crafted in the future.”
“Where do I begin? Will is absolutely amazing in his craft. He cheffed up a three course meal with wine pairings and great conversation. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and what an amazing experience it was to say the least. Truly a professional in every aspect. “I was looking for a catering service for my friends Bachelorette party in Lake George and contacting Crafted Catering and Events. After the first call with Chef Will - I knew I didn't have to look anywhere else! He created a customized menu including all of the brides favorites - a lovely charcuterie board during cocktail hour, followed by an amazing 4 course meal. Everyone was RAVING about the food the entire night - and the bride is still dreaming about it weeks later, saying it was the best meal she ever had. Chef Will went above and beyond - he arrived early to prep while we were on our boat tour and we came back to the dinner table setup already with the linens and decorations I had shoved in a box in the corner of the room (I was planning on setting it up after getting back from the boat and never asked him to do that - it was such a nice gesture). He also accommodated last minute menu changes, attentively served us the entire time, and cleaned up before he left... leaving the place nicer then when he arrived. From the moment he arrived we didn't have to do a thing other than sit back, relax and enjoy the amazing food.

“I was planning my sister’s bachelorette party in Lake George and was looking to hire a private chef to cook a Mexican inspired dinner for ten girls on one of the nights. Will was recommended to me, and after our initial planning call I felt confident I had found the person for the job!
Will created a customized menu that was beyond what I could have imagined. He was great to communicate with, and always responded to emails. On the day of he showed up on time, was incredibly sweet and professional, and his food was AMAZING. One of the girls actually said it’s some of the best food she’s ever had. So that compliment basically sums it up. When he left, I think the kitchen was actually cleaner than when he had arrived.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Will (and have already) for any private catering needs! I didn’t get photos of everything because we were too busy eating, but here are some of the highlights!”

When you’re creating your special day you’re always looking for the best of the best… Chef Will Brown and his team Crafted Catering and Events went above and beyond. They exceeded every expectation we had of a farm to table catering team that was able to feed 170 people with style and class. They were the key ingredient in a perfect recipe for our wedding. Their wood fire grill was lit the whole night, their cooking tent was open for everyone to see how amazing they were at working together and smiling through what seemed to be an effortless evening cooking steak, chicken, salmon, pasta and countless sides without a formal kitchen. From start to finish, five stars all around.

“I had the good fortune to hear about Crafted Catering’s Valentine’s Day take out meal for two. Covid restrictions were still in place. Going out to a restaurant was not an option. Wow, the various dishes were beautifully prepared and yummy. Will Brown provided specific plating instructions that were very helpful. It was fun getting our meal ready. We had an excellent meal and Valentine’s Day! The food was delicious. The portions abundant.
Since my first experience with Crafted Cartering was excellent; I decided to contact them for a small dinner party at my house post Covid restrictions easing. We worked on a menu. Will and his staff took care of everything. Again the food was fabulous! The staff did a really good job of looking after my guests. Dinner was a huge success. What a reliable, professional group Crafted Catering sent over to my home. Top notch, like being at a very good restaurant while sitting in my dining room.
