Will has spent the majority of his career as the Corporate Executive Chef of the Mazzone Hospitality Group, and has also worked at the James Beard Award-winning Fish & Game restaurant in Hudson NY, and most recently was Executive Chef at Saratoga National Golf Club.
Will has catered over 1000 events in his career, from the Hudson Valley, Catskills, Capital Region, Adirondacks, Berkshires, and beyond. He looks forward to enhancing your event with customized menus and impeccable service, with a focus on you and your guests.
