Others rely on our chefs to guide them through seasonal flavors and creative possibilities. Either way, the result is food that feels grounded, intentional, and completely yours.
Our team handles tastings, staffing, bar service, and event coordination with the same level of attention we give to the food itself. We take pride in being the team you don’t have to think about on the day of your wedding.

Our Approach to Food
We design every wedding menu around what’s in season and what will make the most impact on your guests. Ingredients come from farms and purveyors across the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Berkshires. Each dish is balanced in flavor and presentation, with a focus on freshness and technique.
Our chefs are trained to read the rhythm of an event. Timing matters as much as temperature. When the couple is ready to toast, when the light shifts at golden hour, or when guests start to dance, we align our service to those moments.
We also accommodate all dietary preferences without compromise. Vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly dishes are treated with the same level of care and presentation as every other course.

From the first email to the last plate cleared, our goal is simple — to make the day run smoothly. We handle every detail of timing, staffing, and service so you can be fully present.
We coordinate directly with planners, florists, and venues to make sure everything aligns. Every event has a lead manager on-site who oversees service flow, communication, and guest experience.

We coordinate rentals, linens, serviceware, and bar service as needed. Every aspect of the setup is designed to complement your space while keeping the flow of your event natural and easy.
After the final toast, our team manages cleanup and breakdown so you can move straight from the reception to the celebration without worry.
Where We Cater Weddings
Crafted Catering and Events serves couples throughout the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Berkshires. We are frequent partners at venues in Albany, Troy, and Saratoga Springs and travel regularly to destination locations across Hudson, Rhinebeck, Lenox, and Lake George.
